BE IT RESOVLED THAT the minutes of June 5, 2007 meeting be accepted as presented.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the rate for man and equipment rental be set at $65.00 per hour.

2007-94

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the account voucher in the amount of $118004.30 and the cemetery voucher in the amount of $1936.25.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the property standards By-law be adopted as presented

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the yard maintenance caretaker be increased to $12.50 per hour.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT council wishes to enact that a Building Permit be taken out when a trailer is placed on a property and that each trailer be licensed with a fee of $300.00 per year for a maximum of three years; with building taking place in two years.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT D. Hill be paid out credit for interest on tax overpayment.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT By-law No. 2007-14 being a By-law to confirm the proceedings of the June 5, 2007 be adopted as presented.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT By-law No. 2007-15 to change US tax rates to be at par for 2007 tax payments.
