BE IT RESOLVED THAT Account Voucher #2007-03 in the amount of $79,904.78 be approved as presented.

WHEREAS the Township will host a chainsaw operator safety course and invite other municipalities and individuals to join;
AND WHEREAS the cost is $250.00 per person;
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT Council authorize the road superintendent’s fee for taking this course be paid by the municipality.

BE IT RESOLVED that the Relay of Life be granted a raffle lottery license.

WHEREAS the Township has received a request for storage;
AND WHEREAS the Manitoulin Snowdusters have liability insure coverage of their own on their equipment;
BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Manitoulin Snowdusters be granted permission to store their trail groomer in the out building for the 2007 season.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT Council requests the tribunal to allow the township to acquire an engineer to do a Section 76 for the McKay-Cloverhill Municipal Drain.

WHEREAS quotes have been received for water treatment at the new building;
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the township accept the quote from Wahl Water Treatment for $3195.00 + GST.
