BE IT RESOLVED THAT the minutes of October 3,2006 council meeting be adopted as amended (remove Lee from attendance).

BE IT RESOLVED THAT an ad be placed in the newspaper accepting offers to purchase old municipal snowplow.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Township of Gordon will enter a contract with Ron Noland to plow the Township portion of Ice Lake Drive being ¾ kilometers at a rate of $20.00 per service.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT Account Voucher #2006-10 in the amount of $79,408.61; and the Cemetery Voucher in the amount of $ 210.83; and the Roads Voucher in the amount of $7419.67 be accepted as presented.

WHEREAS the Town of NEMI has requested support for their motion to preserve lighthouses in the Manitoulin area;
AND WHEREAS Council feels that lighthouses are an important part of the island heritage;
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT The Township of Gordon notify NEMI of their support.
