Minutes of the Special Council Meeting
October 18, 2005

Present: Reeve Jeff Hietkamp, Councilors Lee Hayden, Betty Noble, Pat Best, Jack Brady
Guests: Rick & Georgia Gagnon, Art Hinds, Lyle Strain, Amoene VonKoeler, Michel Guerin, Tanya Beatty,& John Woestenenk

Elva Carter, Planning Board, Carrie Lewis, Clerk-Treasurer

Letter MOE, had public meeting, heard some concerns
B.Noble declared conflict of interest re #3 on agenda.
Letter presented by group of neighbors that would like to be notified of any further consideration to the amendment to zoning re:Wind Turbine .

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Township of Gordon will table the motion to pass by-law no.2005-03 being a by-law to amend zoning by-law 492 for a special provision for a Commercial Wind Turbine.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT there are no objections to the Application for Consent to sever for Noble property.

WHEREAS a tender document has been compiled with specification for a new snowplow;
THERFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT this document be accepted as presented and sent to five companies for quotes on the tender. (company names attached)
