BE IT RESOLVED THAT this meeting be opened at 7:00 p.m. on July 05,2005 as a Public Meeting of the Corporation of the Township of Gordon, pursuant to the requirements of Sections 17(15), 34(12) and (13) of the Planning Act for purposes of providing information to the public and to allow for public representations on applications proposing to amend The Official Plan for the District of Manitoulin and Zoning By-law 492 for the Township of Gordon, notice of which has been duly administered according to the requirements of O.Reg. 198/96 and 199/96.
