"The committee trusts that emergency preparedness is a priority for each and every household in our community. It is everyone's responsibility to prepare as much as possible for any emergency. If you have exhausted every possible resource, then this questionnaire will help the Emergency Preparedness Committee of Gordon in determining who will need assistance if there is a state of emergency declared in the Township of Gordon."
