2007-16 Establish Tax Ratios

CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF GORDON

BY LAW NO. 2007-16

BEING a by-law to establish tax ratios;

WHEREAS under section 308 (4) of the Municipal Act 2001, c.25 “A single-tier municipality shall pass a by-law on or before April 30 in each year to establish the tax ratios for that year for the municipality”;

NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Gordon hereby enacts as follows;

1. The tax ratios for the Municipality of Gordon are as follows:

Residential/Farm 1.000000

Multi-Residential 1.000000

Commercial 1.028600

Commercial Exc. 0.720020

Commercial Vac. 0.720020

Industrial 0.614000

Pipeline 0.250000

Farmland 0.250000

Managed Forest 0.250000

The by-law shall come into force at the time of its passing by Council
