By-law # 2005-18 Federal Gas Tax Agreemnt By-law
THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF GORDON
BY-LAW NO. 2005-18WHEREAS the Council of the Township of Gordon wishes to take certain action relating to a Municipal Funding Agreement for the transfer of Federal Gas Tax Revenues under The New Deal for Cities and Communities;
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Reeve and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute this Municipal Funding Agreement for the Transfer of Federal Gas Tax Revenues under the New Deal for Cities and Communities between the Association of Municipalities of Ontario and The Corporation of the Township of Gordon and Allan West as in Schedule A attached hereto.Schedule A shall form part of this by-law.
